- Does the tee sheet update in real time?
- Yes. Bookings from your website, the golfer app and the front desk all write to the same live sheet, so the availability a golfer sees is the availability your staff sees.
- Can I price by time of day?
- Yes. Green fees can be set by day, time and player category, so early bird and twilight rates are rules on the sheet rather than something the front desk remembers to apply.
- What happens when someone cancels?
- The slot goes to the waitlist automatically and the next golfer in line is offered it, which turns a cancellation back into a round instead of an empty tee time.
- Can we take payment at the time of booking?
- Yes. Prepayment at booking is optional per rate, and it is the most direct lever on no-shows: the slot is paid for before it is held.
- Do you resell our tee times?
- No. GolfBooker is your booking system, not a marketplace. Your tee times stay on your sheet at your prices, and the golfer record stays with the club.
- How long does it take to go live?
- Most clubs are live in one to two weeks. Onboarding, data migration from your current sheet and support are included rather than quoted separately.
