We are building one platform that replaces all of them. That means there is a lot to build and a lot of room to grow with the company.

Small team, no layers. Engineers ship features end-to-end. Industry experts talk to customers directly. Your work shows up in the product within days, not quarters.
Real problems, real users
Golf clubs and players use the product daily. You will see your work on the course — in booking flows, live leaderboards and scorecard screens. Not abstract dashboards nobody checks.

Who we are looking for
We are looking for skilled software engineers who want to build a product that is genuinely used, every day, on real golf courses. GolfBooker is a growing software company and our product is already in daily use by thousands of players and several golf clubs.
Software engineers
We expect strong full-stack skills and experience with modern web development. We work daily with TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js and PostgreSQL, and with React Native on mobile. Experience with these is an advantage, but what matters most is strong ability and the will to learn. A golf background is a plus, not a requirement.
You use AI as a natural part of your development work. It is one tool among many that helps you get more done and focus on what matters.
You work closely and directly with the founders, without middle layers or heavy processes. Decisions happen fast and your code is in players' hands in days, not months. We value engineers who take ownership of whole features, write clear, maintainable code and hold on to quality even when things get busy.
What the work looks like in practice:
- Building the booking system and payments
- Building the mobile app and the Apple Watch app
- Creating live scoring and tournament leaderboards
- Developing the club dashboard and reporting
