Nakkila Golf

We run our entire club on GolfBooker.

Tee sheet, competitions, member CRM and marketing for our 800+ members and guest players, all in one place. This season alone we've hosted over 100 competitions and events on it, from weekly games to club championships. Players post their scores on their phones, and everyone from our juniors to our 80-year-olds books tee times straight from the app. Whenever we need something, the team is on it the same day.

Tee sheet

The whole day on one screen

Bookings from every channel land on the same live tee sheet. The front desk sees who is confirmed, who has paid and where the gaps are, and fills them before they cost money.

  • Live availability across online, app and front desk
  • Early bird, twilight and prime-time pricing on every slot
  • Waitlists turn cancellations into filled tee times
  • Role-based logins so seasonal staff see only their tools

Point of sale

One register for the whole property

Green fees, pro shop sales and the restaurant ring through the same POS, tied to the same customer and the same reports. Payments run on Stripe with your club as the merchant of record, and nothing sits on the side to reconcile at close.

  • Guests order by QR on the course, linked to their tee time
  • Tips, split bills and kitchen ticket screens for F&B
  • Sales land on the customer's profile and lifetime value
  • Stripe Terminal card readers at the counter

Analytics

See what fills the tee sheet

Occupancy, revenue and channel reports show what sells and what sits empty. Spot the quiet hours, price them to move and watch the change land in the numbers.

  • Revenue by product, period and channel
  • Occupancy by day and hour
  • One-click exports for your bookkeeper
  • AI Insights pick out the trends worth acting on

Marketing automations

Marketing that runs itself

Ready-made flows switch on with one click and custom ones build from triggers, waits and conditions. When a round ends, the review request sends itself: happy players land on your Google page, problems land on your desk.

  • Post-round review requests that grow your Google rating
  • Birthday, welcome and win-back flows, on with one click
  • Quiet hours and per-player frequency caps built in

Who we serve

Golf course management software for every type of operation

Every golf operation runs differently and your booking system should too. From public courses to private clubs and resorts, GolfBooker adapts to the way you sell tee times, manage access and collect payments.

Public

High visitor volume and online bookings require speed. Take payment at booking, reduce no-shows and keep your busiest tee times filled.

Semi-private

Members and visitors share the same tee sheet with different booking windows, rates and access rules. The rules do the sorting, not the pro shop.

Private

Give members priority access, enforce guest rules and charge purchases directly to member accounts for later invoicing.

Municipal

Manage multiple courses from one system with shared access and consolidated reporting, while keeping each location's operations separate.

Resort

Let guests book before they arrive, sell rounds further in advance and manage prepaid golf without compromising availability for local players.

Range

Make range bays bookable with their own availability and pricing. Support self-service access even during unstaffed hours.

Frequently asked questions

What clubs ask before switching.

What features are included in the club management platform?
GolfBooker is a golf club management platform that covers the core operations a club needs to run day-to-day. It includes a cloud-based tee sheet with online booking, a customer database with membership billing, payment processing with e-invoicing support, an analytics dashboard for revenue and occupancy reporting, email marketing tools for member and visitor communication and role-based staff permissions. Tournament management and digital scorecards are also built in.
Is GolfBooker built for golf courses or golf clubs?
Both. Golf course management software and golf club management software describe the same platform. Whether you call your operation a course, a club or a facility, the daily work is the same: fill the tee sheet, take payments and keep members, guests and revenue in one system. GolfBooker runs public courses, private clubs, municipal facilities and resorts on the same platform.
Can I import my existing data?
Yes. Customer and member records, contact details, membership types and your product catalog come in from CSV exports of your current system. We help you map the fields, validate the data to catch duplicates and formatting issues before anything goes live.
What does switching from another system involve?
You export member data from your current system as CSV and we help map the fields and validate the records. Booking rules and pricing are configured before launch, and the old system stays live until the new tee sheet takes over, so there is no gap at the front desk. Import help and onboarding are included at no extra cost.
How does online tee time booking work?
Players visit your booking page, pick a date and available time slot, add playing partners and pay online or at the club. You receive the booking instantly in your tee sheet. As the club, you control advance booking windows (for example members can book 14 days ahead while visitors can book 7 days ahead), cancellation policies, group size limits, pricing by day and time and blocked periods for maintenance or competitions. Bookings can come in from your website, the GolfBooker app and your front desk. All channels update the same tee sheet in real time to reduce the risk of double bookings.
Can different staff members have different access levels?
Yes. Role-based access control lets you define what each team member can see and do. For example, a club manager gets full access and a caddie master can manage bookings and tournaments. You can create custom roles and adjust permissions at any time.
Can I run tournaments through the same platform?
Yes. Tournament management is built into GolfBooker. You can create events, open online registration with entry fee collection, assign tee times, let players score on their phones with digital scorecards and publish live leaderboards. The system supports multiple game formats. Results are calculated automatically.
Is there a long-term contract?
You can choose between a monthly or annual contract. Support and onboarding help are included at no extra cost.
How does GolfBooker handle green fee and membership pricing?
You set your own pricing rules. Green fees can vary by day of the week, time of day, season and player category (member, visitor, junior, senior). Membership tiers support annual, monthly or seasonal billing with automatic renewal and invoicing. You can also create promotional rates for off-peak hours or early-bird bookings. Pricing changes are reflected across booking channels.
What does golf course management software cost?
Every operation is different, so pricing is tailored: a per-club subscription shaped by the size of your operation and the modules you take. Support and onboarding are included and contracts are monthly or annual. Book a demo and you will leave with a quote built for your club.
Does GolfBooker take a cut of my tee times or revenue?
We never take your tee times. There is no barter inventory and nothing gets resold on someone else's marketplace: every slot stays on your tee sheet under your pricing. The model is a subscription plus a commission on online bookings, and you see both numbers before you sign. Card payments settle through your own Stripe account.
What analytics and reporting does GolfBooker provide?
Every part of the operation reports into the same analytics: rounds and bookings by day and hour, revenue by product, period and channel, tournaments, customer and membership trends, POS sales and inventory. A daily report lands in your email, AI Insights pick out the trends worth acting on and any report exports in one click for your bookkeeper.
How long does it take to get set up?
Most clubs go live in 1-2 weeks. The exact timeline depends on the size of your customer database and how much data you bring over. We handle the setup with you and walk your team through the platform before launch.
How long does it take to train staff?
Your front desk runs the tee sheet on day one. Seasonal staff get their own login with role-based permissions, so they see the tools they need and nothing else. Bookings, POS, tournaments and customer records live in the same system, so there is one product to learn rather than a separate tool per job, and support is there every day of the week.
Can I use GolfBooker for simulators as well as the course?
Yes. If your club operates indoor simulators alongside the course, GolfBooker handles both from the same platform. Simulator bays get their own booking calendar with separate pricing, time slots and availability rules. Revenue reporting breaks down income by source so you can track simulator and course performance independently.
