What tournament formats does GolfBooker support?

Stroke Play, Stableford, Scramble, Match Play, Best Ball, Foursome, Greensome and Irish Rumble. You can also configure custom scoring rules for non-standard formats.

Can players register and pay online?

Yes. You create a registration page for each event. Players sign up, select their tee time preference and pay the entry fee online. You can set a player cap and the system will manage a waitlist automatically once the field is full.

How does live scoring work?

Each player scores on their phone. As a group finishes a hole, the leaderboard updates for everyone to see. When the round is complete, results are calculated automatically based on the format.

Can I run multi-round tournaments?

Yes. You can set up events that span multiple rounds. Cumulative standings are tracked across rounds and updated after each one.

Does GolfBooker work as charity golf tournament software?

Yes. You do not need a club membership or annual contract. Contact us, set up the event and share the registration link with your participants.

Does GolfBooker handle tee time assignments?

Yes. You can assign tee times manually or let the system generate groups based on handicap, registration order or random draw.

Can I export results?
