Sales & Market Development, United States

Remote, United States · Full or part time · Base plus uncapped commission

You have worked inside a golf operation and know how clubs actually buy: who decides, what they fear about switching systems and why the current software frustrates them. You will lead GolfBooker's sales push in the US market and be the face of the product to clubs.

This is a full-cycle role and the US market is open ground. You decide which clubs to go after, run the conversations on US hours and own every deal from first call to signed club. You join our existing US team and work directly with the founders.

What the work looks like in practice:

  • Running demos and owning deals from first call to close
  • Building relationships with GMs, head professionals and owners
  • Working outbound through your own network and region
  • Shaping the product with what you hear from GMs and pros

A PGA professional background, club management experience or golf software sales experience is exactly what we are looking for. Sales experience helps but golf industry experience matters more. Much of this comes down to relationships you already have: GMs and owners who take your call, and your willingness to make it. Monthly base compensation plus uncapped commission on every club you close. If you are currently working at a club, we are open to starting part time. We will go through the details in the first conversation.

This is what you would be selling

The tee sheet a club runs its day on, and the reporting a GM opens on Monday morning. Both live, both in daily use.
